We use a double glaze coating on all our paper art to ensure longevity. It is still a delicate piece or jewelry and can tear if handled harshly and is not waterproof. A full set of care instructions is in your product description and will be sent out with your earrings.
No, this is costume jewelry, however we do take request and special orders with gold and silver plated findings if you have an allergy to alternative metals and coatings. Contact us for a quotation, art@21folds.com.
We offer flat rate door2door courier delivery in South Africa.
Speedy delivery – R100.00 (certain rural areas may not be included).
Leisurely delivery – R50.00 (certain rural areas may not be included)
Free collection in Melville, Johannesburg on arrangement.

Delivery times may vary, depending on where you are based, orders are processed in 24-48 hours to go out for shipping.
Unfortunately we currently only offer courier services within South Africa. This may change depending on the Covid-19 pandemic regulations.

Unfortunately due to hygiene reasons earrings may not be returned or exchanged. Once our range expands to other pieces of jewelry we will set up return.exchange policies.
