Will the paper last? We use a double glaze coating on all our paper art to ensure longevity. It is still a delicate piece of jewelry and can tear or bend if handled harshly, and if exposed to certain chemicals like alcohol, perfume, or water.
Is it real silver/gold?
No. We currently use costume jewelry for our fittings that are nickel free and/or stainless steel .
However we will be happy to take requests for gold and silver plated findings, especially if you have an allergy to alternative metals and coatings. Contact us for a quotation.
What is your return policy?
Unfortunately due to hygiene reasons earrings may not be returned or exchanged. Once our range expands to other types of jewelry we will set up return/exchange policies. Please let us know if there are any problems with your order and we will try and rectify the error.
